These terms apply to Moneyting. Moneyting is a trading name used by Muhammad Rehman Qureshi, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@moneyting.com.

What Moneyting is

Moneyting is a free personal record-keeping and planning tool for manually entered spending, budgets, bills, debts, savings, salary estimates, net worth and optional zakat reminders. It has no bank connection or account system. It may change or be discontinued during beta.

Not advice

Moneyting is not financial, tax, legal, investment, credit, debt or religious advice. Salary calculations are estimates, not payslips or tax returns. Zakat calculations are configurable reminders, not a fatwa or determination of your religious obligation. Confirm important decisions with an appropriately qualified professional or trusted scholar.

Your data and backups

You are responsible for accurate entries, lawful use of information about other people, your device security, attached receipts and exported JSON backups. Moneyting does not provide cloud backup or remote account recovery. Native app snapshots are encrypted at rest, but browser snapshots and exported JSON backups are not encrypted by Moneyting. Export before resetting, uninstalling, changing browser profiles or replacing a device.

Availability and liability

The beta is supplied on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate entries, decisions based on estimates, device or browser failure, lost local data or lost backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a new version. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights that apply where you live.
