For help with Moneyting, email support@moneyting.com.

Moneyting keeps financial records locally and cannot remotely recover records from your device. Use More → Your data → Export backup before resetting, uninstalling, or moving to another device, and keep that file somewhere secure.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or an unredacted backup unless specifically requested through a verified support process.
